Cremation

Completed in 2008, Lakewood’s Memorial Columbarium Wall is located along the northwest side of the cemetery with views of Lake Calhoun. It houses 172 outdoor niches for cremated remains. (A columbarium has numerous small compartments, called niches, designed to hold urns containing cremated remains.)
